Week 08: Independent Learning Week & Replacement Class

 Week 08 (22 May - 28 May)

During this week, I managed to finished my samplings. Below are the attached 3 sampling:

The process of making the samplings:

Firstly, I prepared the desired pattern then I proceed to cutting it on the fabric. Next, to make the piece, I used double sided interfacing to stick both fabrics. afterwards, I sewed all the pieces on the net to create the cut and slashed texture. additionally, on the 3rd texture, I added highlight on the edge with the same method (double sided interfacing).

Then, I went to buy fabrics for the finalized 3 looks. Here are the fabric materials that I had planned: chiffon, crepe. I also bought woven interfacing for the base and double sided interfacing for the manipulation.
